CLUTCH UP COLLECTIVE EVENT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ticket Sales & Refunds

All event ticket sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances, if you cannot attend, you must notify us at least 1 week prior to the event to transfer your ticket to the next available date, subject to availability.

A ticket may only be transferred twice. Any transfers beyond this will result in the ticket being forfeited, and the full value will be lost.

Tickets cannot be refunded for any other reason, including failure to attend.
Event Location & Security

For security and safety purposes, the full event address will only be provided upon purchase of a ticket.

The event is located in Norfolk, approximately 30 minutes from Norwich city centre.

The venue is monitored by 24-hour security and ANPR cameras to ensure the safety of all participants and the security of the site.

Participants and any permitted spectators must comply with all site safety rules.
Spectators

Spectators are generally not permitted. Attendance is strictly limited to registered participants.

One spectator per participant is allowed only in emergency circumstances, at the Organiser’s discretion. Emergency spectators must follow all safety instructions and site rules.

Any unauthorised spectators may be removed from the premises immediately, and the participant may be refused entry to the activity without refund.
Compliance with Event Rules

All participants and any authorised spectators must comply with Clutch Up Collective safety rules, instructions, and Terms & Conditions.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event, without refund.
Governing Law
These Ticket Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
CLUTCH UP COLLECTIVE EVENT DAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Safety & Conduct
All participants must ride responsibly and follow all instructions provided by Clutch Up Collective staff. Unsafe, reckless, or aggressive behaviour that puts yourself or others at risk may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
Helmet & Safety Gear Requirement
All participants must wear an approved protective helmet and any other required safety gear at all times while riding. Participants are fully responsible for the condition, fit, and correct use of their helmet and safety equipment. Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Personal Risk & Insurance
Participation in any activity with Clutch Up Collective involves inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death. Participants ride at their own risk. Participants are strongly advised to hold appropriate personal insurance to cover injuries, accidents, or property damage. Clutch Up Collective accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to motorcycles or personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Waiver & Assumption of Risk
All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) are required to sign a waiver upon arrival, confirming:

Acceptance of personal responsibility for their own safety and the safety of the Minor (if applicable)

Agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Clutch Up Collective, its staff, instructors, volunteers, contractors, and agents
Speed Limit
A strict 30MPH speed limit applies on site at all times. Riders must comply to ensure the safety of all participants.
Zero Tolerance: Drugs, Alcohol & Behaviour
Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Participants must behave respectfully toward staff and other riders. Rude, aggressive, or non-compliant behaviour may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
Compliance with Rules & Removal from Activity
Clutch Up Collective reserves the right to remove any participant from an activity at any time for safety violations, failure to wear required safety gear, or breach of rules, without refund.
Medical Treatment Consent
Participants (or guardians for minors) consent to Clutch Up Collective seeking emergency medical treatment if necessary. Participants (or guardians) accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, together with the signed waiver, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
