Ticket Terms & Conditions

Event Ticket Terms 

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to another event up to a maximum of two (2) times, subject to availability.

• Any transfer request must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.

• If a transfer request is made 6 days or fewer before the event, it will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

• If you fail to attend (no-show) twice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund or further transfer will be available
