Shipping & Returns Policy

Merchandise

All Clutch Up Collective merchandise is made to order, so it’s crucial to check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

  • Orders typically take 7–10 days for printing and dispatch.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly.

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue.

 

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. In extreme circumstances, if you cannot attend, you must notify us at least 1 week before the event to transfer your ticket to the next available date, subject to availability.

  • If a ticket transfer occurs more than twice, the ticket will be forfeited, and the full value will be lost.

  • Tickets cannot be refunded for any other reason.
